What is the SM Prestige Loyalty Program?


SM Prestige is the elite membership program of SM Advantage. It is composed of SM Advantage members who have reached the required spending level at SM, or have been nominated by SM retail establishments. SM Prestige membership is free and valid for two years.


On top of the current privileges that you enjoy as an SM Advantage member, your Prestige membership entitles you to:

  • Valet Shopping Assistance, priority fitting rooms and concierge services at The SM Store. Concierge services include: gift wrapping service, bills payment assistance, inquiries and all membership concerns.
  • Prestige courtesy lanes in SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, and SM Savemore Market.
  • Free access to the SM Prestige Lounge.
  • Free delivery in all branches for a minimum purchase of P50,000 within 10km radius from branch at SM Appliance Center and Ace Hardware.
  • Personal shopping assistance from a toy specialist at Toy Kingdom.
  • 10% discount on a minimum P5,000 purchase on all regular-priced items at Sports Central, New Balance, and Adidas.
  • 10% discount for P15,000 minimum purchase on all regular-priced items at our Home.
  • Exclusive discounts and freebies from hundreds of Prestige Lifestyle Partners such as restaurants, specialty shops & services, hotels & resorts, well-being and apparel & accessories establishments.

How do I become an SM Prestige member?

To qualify for membership, you must be an active SMAC member with a spending of at least P300,000 in SM during your 2 year membership term. You may also be elevated into the Prestige status as soon as you reach the required spending even prior to your membership tenure expires. Other factors may also be considered before an SM Advantage member or nominee is elevated to Prestige status.


How will I know if I am already qualified for Prestige membership?

You will be notified either through transaction receipts, text message, telephone call, or by email. If you feel that you may have already qualified for Prestige membership, please inquire at the Customer Service Counter of any branch of The SM Store, or call the SM Advantage Hotline: 833 – 8888 (for Metro Manila) or 1-800-10-833-8888(for areas outside Metro Manila).


How do I get my Prestige Card?

To claim your SM Prestige Card, along with your Prestige Lifestyle Guide , just visit the Customer Service Counter of any The SM Store branch and present your SM Advantage Card and any valid ID.


Membership Renewal

Your SM Prestige membership is automatically renewed after two (2) years if you maintain the required spending of P150,000 at all SM Retail stores.
